We've partnered with the BC Cancer Foundation and other Independent Grocers on Vancouver Island to form The Future Cures Coalition. The goal of the coalition is to raise $500,000 for advanced life-saving diagnostic technology at the Vancouver Island Cancer Centre in Victoria.
The PSMA-Pet Scan is state of the art technology used to optimize the treatment for prostate cancer patients and will change outcomes for cancer patients. Funding PSMA-PET-Victoria will help move this breakthrough technology into a future standard of care for Vancouver Island and Gulf Island prostate patients. Currently, it is only available in Vancouver.
